I found the life of Luis Bunel to be very interesting. A lot of the life of a filmmaker comes into their work, and it’s especially true when we’re dealing with a filmmaker like Luis Bunuel. His work is very visceral. I wonder what we’ll discover that Luis Bunel pulled from his real life as we discover more of his work.

I also feel like I enjoyed his reviews. I appreciated his noticing that Buster Keaton focused on the actual material. I wonder if a focus on a films material over techinical aspects is something he does during his career.
